Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds

Since the Auto SMS & SOS App provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we generally do not issue refunds once the order is finalized and the product is sent. However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place.

We do honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

  • Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server, you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us.
  • Major defects: Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur.

Requests for a refund must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. Please contact santoshpatange42@gmail.com.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time within the application settings. Cancellation will stop future billing, but previous payments are non-refundable unless falling under the refund conditions above.
